Speaking to Express.co.uk, he added: "On my programme, most people eat more than they've ever eaten before."
For those struggling to beat the bulge, educating themselves on what foods they should really eat can make a huge difference.
"No one knows what to eat," Scott explained. "People think smoothies can be healthy, but they can have the same amount of sugar as donuts.
"Lots of people get the wrong idea when starting. It's hard to understand how to eat properly.
